We have attempted to design the ordering process in a manner which is as easy as possible for you. Nevertheless, there are some steps to be observed so that everything functions and you are satisfied with your order and delivery.

You can enter an appropriate search criterion through the product search in the field at the top left. The error-tolerant search technology used will take you quickly to any desired product. All main categories (e.g. chastity belt, bondage etc.) can also be found under the product search on the left. If you select one of the main categories, the sub-categories of the desired main category are displayed. There you can select additionally in accordance with the sub-category concerned.

Put the articles which you wish to purchase into the shopping basket by simply clicking on to the"Buy now"- or "into the shopping basket"-button alongside the appropriate product.

If you wish to finish your shopping tour, please click on to the link "shopping basket". If you no longer wish to look into your shopping basket, you can click directly on to "check out". ou then advance immediately to registration. There you have three options.

If yes, you can simply place your order using your email address and password. Your address data are already recorded on the order form.
If you have not yet been registered, you have the possibility here to login with or without registration to be able to carry out your order. After registration, you are immediately sent a registration confirmation by email.

For each order, you will receive (independent of the registration confirmation, see above) detailed order confirmation by email after a short period. Naturally you can, at the end of the order process, print out the order using the button "Print".

Select between advance payment/bank transfer, paypal and credit card (Secure Credit Card Payment).

Measuring instructions (for ordering chastity belts), commencement of period for shipping (payment receipt+receipt of measuring instruction, special designs.
After ordering, you will receive an email in which you can find the order confirmation/invoice with notes on delivery and payment. Further, you will receive a detailed measuring instruction for the order of chastity belts.
Production and the shipping period commence when we can see your measuring data and the receipt of the invoice sum (advance payment does not apply for goods in stock).
If you have special wishes or desire special designs, you can state these in the intended field on the order form or also contact us personally by letter, fax or telephone. Or just send an email to info@my-steel.de.

After receipt of payment and receipt of your measuring data, the delivery period is approx. 3 – 4 weeks (in exceptional cases caused by sickness, holidays etc. the delivery period can be up to 6 weeks). If you use our urgent service, the goods shall be delivered within 10 days.

For an online order, please check your entries and correct them if necessary before you click on to the button "Order" in the order process.

All product prices include the statutory VAT amounting to 19% percent. In case of shipping outside the European Union, you will not be charged VAT.
By clicking on to the button “Order”, you are making a binding order. This order will reach us as an email and will be saved for carrying out the contract.

You will automatically receive an email to your email address from which you can see your order.

The purchase contract shall come into force on your receiving our order confirmation, which at the same time also includes the invoice. You can then print it out. Together with the order confirmation, you shall receive a detailed measuring instruction by email.
