As a result, it can sometimes be very difficult to fully understand everything.
For this reason, we receive daily inquiries about products and their accessories. That’s a good thing. It allows us to answer your question or questions. This way, you get your questions answered quickly. Most of your email inquiries are simple and consist of just one or two questions.
From time to time, we also have customers who have many more questions. As a result, we receive emails containing an excessive number of questions. If our customers then think of additional questions in the meantime, we receive several emails from the same customer within a very short period of time, and we can barely keep track of all these inquiries, which often leads to confusion and chaos. These emails often require significantly more time to process. In such cases, we would ask that you send us a single email where you compile all your questions at the end. This is the only way we will be able to answer your questions quickly.
