Product shipping:
We offer standard parcel shipping with DHL / Deutsche Post (abroad, Deutsche Post hands the parcel over to the respective partners).
For Australia, China, Japan, Canada, Taiwan and the USA, Transglobal Express is still available. Here the goods are produced within 5 working days and (in contrast to the standard dispatch of approx. 10-20 working days) handed over to the shipping company. Our parcels are delivered by parcel service as standard.
Who would like to be sent the goods cheaply, we offer the following possibility:
For Germany the "enroll" and the "Post International XS - Tracked" (uninsured - own responsibility) on. Please note that if you choose such a cheap shipping method, the Deutsche Post and we will not take the liability. You, the customer assume alone the liability for this selected cheap shipping method.
Delivery time:
Your orders will always be delivered in 2-3 weeks after entry of payment and the measurment details from you. Or by express production, within 5 working days. The products are manufactured by us on measure. In the standard package dispatch you receive the commodity from the time of the task with the dispatch service generally in 2-3 days (Germany, EU) and 10-20 days outside of the EU. In the case of stock items, dispatch takes place within 2-3 days of the order at the latest.
