Shipping dates
If you want one of our custom-made products or if you want a reworking or a refurbishment or an extension of one of your products and order it via our online shop, the product will always be shipped to you within the specified time of completion. For our chastity belts the standard production time after receipt of the measurements and payment is always within 10-15 working days. For all who want it fast the express service is available. Here the production time is only 5 working days.
For all other changes, refurbishments or repairs, the processing is usually possible within 5-10 working days.

Please note that if the goods are ready for dispatch, you can also receive the goods at your place of residence within the specified period! It happens again and again that customers order their goods via our online shop and then go on holiday. The package cannot be delivered and will be returned to us after a period of storage at DHL. Please note that we do not bear the costs for a new shipment! You then bear the renewed shipping costs.
If you are not at your destination within the planned delivery time, please let us know this information already during the online order process via the text box within the ordering process. This information will then be saved and your parcel will only be sent when you request it.
