Order-Information
We have tried to make the ordering process as easy as possible for you. However, there are a few steps you need to take to make sure everything goes smoothly and that you are satisfied with your order and delivery.
I. Article selection
product search
You can use the product search in the field at the top left to enter an appropriate search term. The fault-tolerant search technology used leads you quickly to any desired product. All main categories (e.g. chastity belts, bondage, etc.) can also be found on the left under the product search. If you have selected one of the main categories, the subcategories of the desired main category will be displayed. There you can now additionally select according to the respective subcategory.
The products
Each product is offered to you in a specific structure:
"Photo" or product information - Click to get more information about this product
"Article" - Designation
"Contents" - Quantity or content summary
"Price" - article price in Euro including VAT and plus shipping costs
"Buy now" or "Add to basket" - By clicking on one of these buttons, you automatically put the item into your shopping basket (this will then be shown to you in the top right corner of the overview "Shopping basket" by the changed quantity and price accordingly)
Products "Buy Now"/ "In the Basket"
Add items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart by simply clicking the "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" button next to each product.
II. order
If you want to end your purchase, please click on the link "shopping cart". If you no longer wish to view the shopping basket, you can also click directly on "Checkout". You will then be taken immediately to the registration page. There you have three possibilities.
Have you already registered?
If yes, you can order simply with your email address and password. Your address data has already been entered in the order form.
If you are not yet registered, you can log in here with or without registration to complete the order. After registration you will immediately receive a registration confirmation by e-mail.
What are the advantages of registering?

The order sequence consists of 5 steps:
Check shopping cart
Log in: Enter address & shipping method and payment method
Complete order
When paying by credit card you will be directed to a secured one by WorldPay. Here you can enter your credit card details.
Print order receipt.
You will receive a detailed order confirmation by e-mail for each order (independent of the registration confirmation, see above). At the end of the order process you can, of course, print the order using the "Print" button.
Payment methods
Choose between prepayment/bank transfer, credit card (Secure Credit Card Payment) and PayPal.
III What happens after the order?
Measurement instructions (when ordering chastity belts), start of shipment (receipt of payment + receipt of measurement instructions, custom-made products).
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail in which you will find the order confirmation/invoice with information on delivery and payment. You will also receive detailed measuring instructions when ordering chastity belts.
The production and the period of the dispatch begins, if we can register your data of the measurement as well as the money entrance of the invoice amount (Vorkasse does not apply with stock commodity).
After approx. 2 - 3 weeks (with express service at the specified time) you will receive your order in neutral packaging to the delivery address specified by you.
If you have special wishes or special designs, you can specify them in the appropriate field in the order form or contact us personally by letter, fax or telephone. Or simply send an e-mail to info@my-steel.de.
IV. Delivery
After payment receipt and receipt of your measurement data the delivery time is approx. 2 - 3 weeks (in exceptional cases, due to illness, vacation, etc. the delivery time can be 6 weeks). With the express service the commodity is dispatched within 5 days.
We would like to point out that we have no influence on the transport time of the respective delivery service.
Concluding remarks:
When ordering online, please check your entries and correct them if necessary before clicking on the "Order" button in the ordering process.
All product prices include VAT at the rate of 19%.
By clicking on the last button "Order" you enter a binding order number.
