Why don’t I receive an email after my online order?

After you made your order we send you the invoice and the measurement instruction within 24 hours. If you have a freemail account it might happen that you won’t be able to receive the mail because it has more than 2-4 MB. The provider does not send us an information if you don’t receive the mail because of that reason. So, please contact us, if you dont receive an email from us. Another reason why you don’t get our email could be that the mail is in your spam folder. Please check your spam settings and your spam folder.
