No problem! We offer an Xpress-production service for our impatient customers.Now even faster!
After receiving payment and measure data, the ordered article will be sent within 1-5 Working days*. For several My-Steel products in combination, we offer only the production of 5 working days.
We would like to draw your attention to the following:
- If you can put the item in the shopping cart, the express service is available for our customers. If you cannot add this item to the shopping cart, the Express service is currently not available..
- In general, no warranty is assumed for the timely delivery of the shipping companies, as they have nothing to do with the production time of 1-5 working days.
- Attention: The express service does not valid for the Heavy-Line chastity belt (women and men).
- The shipping costs are not included, because 5 days it is the pure product-production time.
*What does "working days" mean? Working days for production are from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.
An example of EXpress production within 24 hours:You have chosen and ordered EXpress production within 24 hours.
First example: We have received your EXpress production within 24 hours. It is Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock. We send you now immediately The measuring instructions. The data of the measuring instructions arrive on Tuesday afternoon with us. We have also received the payment from you. All conditions are fulfilled. The production of your product starts on Wednesday morning. On Thursday morning your product is ready for shipment and will be shipped.
Second example: Your EXpress production within 24 hours has been received by us. It is Thursday afternoon at 7pm. We now send you the measuring instructions on the next working day (Friday morning). We receive the data of the measuring instructions on Friday noon. We have also received the payment from you. All conditions are fulfilled. The production of your product starts on Friday or Monday (depend of the time). Monday afternoon the production is finished and your product will be shipped either still on Monday afternoon or on Tuesday morning.
Please note: EXpress production will start until both conditions are completed: The payment as well as the data of your measuring instructions have been received by us completely!
